At Chiaserna follow the crossroads for Malecchie. The very interesting, steep stone paved road runs by stone houses until it reaches a spring where it becomes a trail (0.30). It proceeds on a slight incline between trees and thickets. At the crossroads (0.50) it continues to the left and climbs upwards in an "S". It exits the thicket and crosses a brief stretch of grassland as it arrives on the crest (1.05) and meets the C.A.I. no. 54 trail.
